In this 3 hour workshop, Gabrielle Ortega from OM Therapy and I will be leading you in an introductory workshop aimed towards understanding and incorporating mindfulness practices in your daily life. With our combined experience in clinical psychology, neurobiology, mindfulness, and meditation, we will discuss the science behind these ancient eastern practices and how they are powerful tools in our modern western culture. It is our goal that we will leave you with tools to begin your own mindfulness practice, which will reduce burn out, increase productivity and happiness, and allow you to experience healing and authenticity in your life.
