This is the second segment in a three part series addressing the ways in which yoga, mindfulness, and mediation improve mental health. Yoga and Meditation Instructor Jesse Schiffmacher and I will lead an integrative and uniquely curated workshop aimed to support you on your journey towards healing. The series will address the Stress epidemic, Anxiety, and Depression. We look forward to creating a space that will allow individuals to merge the powers of mind and body, using a holistic approach towards creating wholeness and meaning, and fostering an environment of self exploration. You will leave with tools, resources, and skills that will support you far beyond the end of our workshop series.
