Hi, I'm Katie!
I've been passionate about psychology from a young age when I was first introduced to books on sports psychology, peak performance, mindfulness and organizational development.
I would spend nearly a decade working in the corporate landscape specializing in executive development, talent management, succession planning, recruitment and training, and engagement strategies.
I eventually returned to school, earning my Masters in Clinical Psychology, and soon after ventured into private practice and consulting. I have worked with Fortune 500 companies, start ups, small businesses, sports teams, and school districts.
My "why" is simple. I am continually inspired by the clients who choose to show up as their most authentic selves in order to be more effective, more productive and happier in their personal and professional endeavors.
