Eastern Mindfulness Meets Western Performance Psychology

It is my deepest intention to support you on the path to healing. Many of my clients come in feeling like they've lost their way a bit; struggling with a relationship, lacking purpose, experiencing anxiety, or simply not feeling like they can catch their breath. Stress and overwhelm are rampant in our culture today and it's no wonder many of us are constantly having inner conflicts about what's actually important.

 

I believe in using a holistic approach merging Eastern Mindfulness practices with Western Performance Psychology. We cannot ignore the external world we're living in, but through managing our internal world we can show up in our authentic power. I am passionate about helping you reach your goals, while also finding happiness, fulfillment, and peace in your daily life.

Katie Cheadle is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with individuals and couples. She graduated from UC Berkeley with her Bachelor’s, where she was a student athlete on the Softball team. After spending time in the corporate world coaching and training executives, she realized her deep passion for helping others.

 

She became dedicated to helping individuals and teams reach their highest potential through the integration and practice of mindful awareness and intention. This merge between mindfulness and performance led her to expand her knowledge and further her education in the field of psychology. She eventually earned her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University with a specialization in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy.

 

Katie believes that the practice of mindfulness is integral to finding peace and fulfillment in an anxiety driven world. Katie’s approach is collaborative and solution focused, integrating the principles of Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
